Rural Development Resource Center is a plateform provided for benificiary to share his/her problem to the government bodies at state , district and mandal level. It's a link between benificiary and a goverment body. Rural Development Resource Center Serivces in 3 Differnt purposes :

1. Register your grievance - Collects all your details pertaining to your name, surname, location and the type of grievance you have in accessing welfare Schemes.

2. Technically escalates the complaint (Register benificiary problem) to concerned government departments and officials through a message, mail and their alloted login's. Rural Development Resource Center does not solve / Redress the registered complaint, only a government department officials does.

3. Acknowlwdge the benificiary - An alert message is sent to the benificiary wherever a problem is registered, escalted and closed by goverment offficials. If once a complaint is registered, a unique Number, called "Complain Number" is generated and the Complain Number details are sent as an alert message to the benificiary. Benificiary can also view his / her status or complaint is a website through an option provided "Know Your Status" .

In this way, Rural Development Resource Center serves benificiary with timely acknowledgement and effective facilitation. Rural Development Call Center servers the benificiary on all the schemes and ongoing programs Of Rural development.
